There is a recipe book from Pillsbury called 30 minute meals with Chicken and ground beef.....it shows the website address as www.classiccookbooks.com

I love this book and use it often.

Also try the food network's website and go to 30 minute meals with rachel ray....there is good ones there, too.
We do taco night at my house once a week. It is fun. All you need is a 97 cent pack of tack seasoning. You can use hard or soft shells. Lettuce, tomato, sour cream, salsa.

Or, make a taco salad. All you need is lettuce, taco meat %26amp; some corn chips to dress it up.

Both are fast %26amp; easy.
meatloaf, cabbage rolls, Swedish meatballs, scrambled egss and green peppers, tacos, albondigas soup and much much more. Use your imagination. Check old cookbooks printed before 1970, lots of ground beef recipes.

Once I made a really tasty, low-fat soup with mushrooms, broken up hamburger, pieces of red bell pepper, and some other vegetables I can't remember. Use 1 can of low sodium beef stock and the same amount of water. Throw in some bow shaped pasta for until soft. (If you're going to use the soup for left-overs, don't put pasta in the whole soup, but cook it separately and add it only to what you're going to eat right then, otherwise it will turn to mush by the next day.)

Very quick, easy and tasty. Add some crushed red pepper to the mix if you like picante.
cook it regularly as you would a hamburger. make plenty. depending on your family size you will need a can of cream of mushroom soup (from campbells) mix mushroom soup with a small amount of water and put hamburgers and soup mix in a baking pan and cook in the oven for about 20 minutes of until done. serve with rice and your favorite vegetables. it is delicious. good luck
