What's a good hamburger recipe?

I looking for something that tastes like fast food. What's a good hamburger recipe?
I use to work at In N Out, this is how you make one of their burgers. I believe turkey burgers taste better fyi.

put your patties on the grill and season one side with salt, pepper, mustard, and peprika. While the patties are cooking you put the buns on pan to toast - yummy! Flip the patties, cook some more. Put your slice of cheeze (American is fast food, but Mozarella or Queso Fresco is better) on the patty (some fold it to fit nicely and ';smile';).

Now it depends how you like your onions. You can put the onions on the patty and cook them this way, or just grill them (my choice), or chop them up and eat them raw, or chop them up and grill them.

Once the buns are done toasting take one and put all the fixings you like on it, I must insist you try avocado! Its good. Top the patty with cheese and onion with the other bun. Then after a little bit, take the patty cheese and meat and put it on top of the dressed bun. And wala! What's a good hamburger recipe?
Hmmm

500grams minced beef

1x diced onion blend the parsley %26amp; onion in a mixer

diced parsley

1x teaspoon cumin %26amp; corriander

2 teaspoon garlic

Salt %26amp; pepper to taste

BBQ spice

MIx all ingrediants together in a bowl

add egg or eggs %26amp; mix together add some breadcrumbs for binding when nicely firm and mixed together put in the fridge to rest.1 to 2hrs,take out %26amp; shape into pattys

Fry in Butter until allmost cooked through then grill to brown %26amp; finish off serve as usual
If you're not too concerned about fat, then shape your beef (preferably ground chuck) around a disk of homemade garlic butter (recipe below):

1 stick of butter, unsalted

1 tablespoon of salt

2-3 cloves of garlic, minced, depending on how much you like garlic

1-2 tablespoons of Herbes de Provence

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with a wooden spoon until the butter is somewhat creamy. Spread the butter on a sheet of plastic wrap, and twist the plastic wrap around the butter into a roll-type shape. Let cool/harden in the fridge, then cut a disk and shape the beef around it.

This way, you can cook the burger all the way through (on the grill, of course), and you don't have to worry about the burgers not being juicy. Put whatever toppings you like on it. I like caramelized onions, lettuce, fresh tomato, and provolone cheese on a toasted bun.
Here's an easy way to do it: plug your skillet in, turn it to 325. When it's ready, put the burger on, put the lid on to cook it. Then, when it's pink on the top, grind some pepper on. Now, it would be a good time to reduce the temperature down to 275...then, get out your herbs. You can put as many herbs as you want, making sure to turn it so the herbs cook down. Cook at 275 until it's no longer pink.
