What's your favorite hamburger recipe?

I'd like to make me some hamburgers for dinner tonight. I'm looking for some original suggestions for the ultimate burger. So what's your killer recipe?





Preferably nothing classic original tasty recipes using as many fresh ingredients as possibleWhat's your favorite hamburger recipe?
Bleu Cheese Stuffed Burger!!





4 ounces of lean ground beef


bleu cheese crumbles





make two 2 ounce patties of beef


Put blue cheese crumbles on one of the patties and top with second patty.





Seal completely......Cook as desired. The bleu cheese is sealed in the middle and a great treat when you bite into it!!What's your favorite hamburger recipe?
this is my recipe


1kg mince


1 onion grated


1 carrot grated


BBQ sauce


tomato sauce


hot sauce


steak sauce


1 egg


salt and pepper


any fresh herbs finely chopped





i put all that into a bowel mix it up and cook it


if the mix is to moist put some bread crumbs in it
Hamburger, Bun, Mustard, Lettuce, Salad cream. who needs anything else.
For my recipe, I use wheat buns, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, ketchup, avocado, bacon, and I sprinkle it with black pepper.

I have made these three times this summer and we really like them the onion and water chestnut in them keep them moist and juicy, I cook on the grill but put them on foil because the cheese will stick.








Chinese cheeseburgers





INGREDIENTS


1 pound ground beef


3/4 cup chopped water chestnuts


3/4 cup cubed Cheddar cheese


1 onion, finely chopped


2 teaspoons chile sauce


2 teaspoons prepared mustard


3 teaspoons soy sauce


DIRECTIONS


In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, water chestnuts, cheese, onion, chile sauce, mustard and soy sauce. Mix together well and form into 6 patties.


Using a griddle or skillet, cook the patties over medium heat for about 5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness
