Hamburger Pie!

It is sooooooooooo good.

You get a cake or pie pan and spray it with some non-stick spray.

Divide 2 lbs. hamburger into 1lb. patties, large and rolled out.

Make a big seasoned hamburger patty (season with salt, pepper, maybe a little onion powder if you want) and put 1 patty on the bottom of the cake/pie pan.

In a bowl mix together

1) 1 pacakge cream cheese, softened (let sit out for an hour or two)

2) 2 T yellow mustard

3) 3 T prepared horseradish (straight horseradish, not the creamy kind)

4) Salt %26amp; Pepper to taste

5) Dash garlic powder

Put that mixture on top of the big patty.

Top with another big patty of the same size.

Push the edges together.

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40 mins.

Let rest for 10 mins.

Slice like big pieces of pie!!!

Sprinkle with dried onions (optional).Good hamburger recipes?

1 can condensed cream of celery soup

1 medium onion

Salt and pepper to taste.

Dice the onion and place in a skillet with the hamburger. Add salt and pepper to taste. Brown the hamburger and drain the fat.
