Hamburger recipes?????????????
BBQ Hamburgers: Hamburger meat, seasonings to what you prefer, any kind of bbq sauces, onions if preferred. Mix your hamburger meat with the seasonings, onions and mix in th bbq sauce into the meat. Then the final step throw it on the grill. If you wish to add bbq sauce on the burger you can. This is the most quickest, cheapest and easiest way to make some awesome hamburgers. They are really tasty and juicy. I did this for a cookout for 50 people and wow the burgers were gone before the hot dogs. And think about it you most likely have most ingredients in your kitchen already. Hope this helped:)
Barbecue Sauce Hamburger:

For The Patties:

1lb/500g ground beef

1 half onion grated or finely chopped

4 pinches ground coriander

4 pinches paprika powder

a little pepper, fresh ground black is better

a little salt

1 hand fresh bread crumbs

1 egg lightly beaten

1 quarter beef stock block dissolved in a quarter cup water

For the Sauce

1/2 a cup ketchup

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon dijon or other mustard

1 tablespoon sugar

a few drops of Tabasco or other hot sauce(optional)

For the Rolls:

4 rolls

sliced tomato

thinly sliced onion

lettuce

mayonnaise

Firstly combine all the sauce ingredients, mix well and set aside.

Mix all the patty ingredients thoroughly, leaving the salt for after the patties are cooked if you prefer. Make sure the mixture is cool. Divide mixture into 4 equal balls and mold into patties.

Cook on medium heat under the grill, on the barbecue or in a pan until the patty is cooked to your preferred degree of doneness or the internal temp reaches 160F/70C. Baste the patties with a little of the sauce about a minute or two before they are done.

Split the rolls and toast the cut surfaces lightly (under grill, on barbecue or in pan) just before the patties are done. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half, add a thin slice of onion, some lettuce, sliced tomato and the patty. Top the patty with a little of the sauce and the other half of the roll.

Bon Appetit!

Garlic-Basil Burgers

I would DOUBLE this recipe...by time you split the 1/2 pound of burger into a quarter pound and cook it, you have two SMALL burgers.....However, these are FANTASTIC with a capital YUMMY!

The microwave makes burgers for two super easy. (Though we cooked them in a skillet on the stove)

Prep Time:10 min

Start to Finish:20 min

Makes:2 servings

1/2 pound lean ground beef

2 tablespoons Progresso庐 dry bread crumbs (any flavor)

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves

2 medium green onions, chopped (2 tablespoons)

1 small garlic clove, finely chopped

2 slices bacon

1. Mix all ingredients except bacon. Shape mixture into 2 patties, about 3/4 inch thick. Place on microwavable rack in rectangular microwavable dish, 11x7x1 1/2 inches. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High 2 minutes 45 seconds to 4 minutes or until just slightly pink in center. Remove from rack; let stand about 3 minutes or until burgers are no longer pink in center and juice is clear.

2. While burgers are standing, place bacon on rack in same dish. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes 30 seconds or until almost crisp; drain on paper towel. Cut bacon slices in half; place on patties.

while mixing your hamburger add a cold hardboiled egg that you have mashed up really fine! it sounds odd but honestly it gives a really great taste to the burgers. i also sometimes add minced black olives along with my minced onion to the meat before cooking. also you could tuck a piece of cheese inside the burger so that when the meat is cooked the cheese has melted nicely!

enjoy your summer!

ok you will need

1 lbs of ground beef

pepper

salt

pineapple( optional but worth it)

garlic salt (optional)

olive oil

Directions

. mix everything but pineapple and the beef all together in a bowl then mix it in with the ground beef and grill burger till cooked

.then garnish with pineapple or katchup not both because then it tastes gross

get some grounded pork put some spices of your choice i prefer garlic salt and pepper, bake this in a frying pan, buy some sphere shaped (sorry don't know what it is called) bread doesn't matter hard or soft put some fresh cabbage on it a slice of tomato and some sauces and finish it with some cheese
If you chop up cherries and put them in with the meat it makes them get really juicy and so good. It's a weird ingredient but you can't really taste the cherries after they have been grilled.
i add italian seasoning (you can find it in the spice aisle), salt, pepper and garlic salt! my entire family thinks they're fantastic. every bbq, i make the burgers!
I add onions, bell peppers, left over spaghetti sauce if I have it or Italian seasoning and a little ketchup, egg, crushed ritz crackers, celery. That sounds good...I need to go to the store.
I add a little beer, wochesteshire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper.... if you want them to be a little fluffier (instead of just dense meat) add one egg per pound, and some breadcrumbs or oatmeal... tastes great!
Take you some grated cheese and put it in the hamburger, salt, pepper, and (just a dash) of Worcestershire sauce.
I just saw a show last night and a man added salt and peppered watermelon to the grill at the last minute then put on a grilled hamburger...hmmmm have-ta try that one!!
Hamburger meat......bbq sauce.....1 egg.....per pund of meat.....cracker so the meat stick together......onion.......cook on BBQ or Grill and bast with BBQ sauce.......best burgers ever!
Yes, just add 1 package of Lipton onion soup (powder) mix per 2 lbs of beef, 1 egg, and 2 tbsp of garlic powder. it tasts great
Check the source for great hamburger grilling recipes.
mcDonalds
Add jalapenos to ground meat. Mix ground meat with breakfast sausage (jimmy dean's).
A packet (or some of it) of ranch dip maker. Just the powdered stuff. Makes for a fantastic burger!
Interesting idea, Sco! I'm going to look into that! What do you use for seasoning, Mrs. Dash?
