just wonderin' because thats whats for dinner.Boxed frozen hamburger patties... any fun recipes to do with those?
*Cook them, they put them in a casserole dish and open up a can of cream of mushroom soup and pour over it. Makes a great gravy. Serve w/ mashed potatoes.


*Or put two patties together, add some Cheddar inbetween, sprinkle w/ streak seasoning and wrap w/ bacon, and grill or broil. (if small patties, if large, just use 1 patty)


*Or make some bacon cheese burgers,

Toast your buns, butter, mayonnaise, tomato, lettuce, burger, tomato sauce, cheese, salt and pepper. You can slightly grill the cheese on top of the burger in the griller, then add all the other ingredients
try this one..





FILLED HAMBURGER PATTIES





1 lb. ground beef


1 bunch green onions


2 med. white onions


1 tomato, frozen, grated


1 med. green pepper


1 egg, hard boiled





SPICES:





1/2 tbsp. roasted coconut flakes


1/2 tbsp. poppy seed


1/4 c. flour


1 tbsp. yogurt


1 tbsp. steak sauce


1 tbsp. parsley flakes


1 tsp. tomato paste


1 tsp. lemon rind


1/2 tsp. salt


1/2 tsp. black pepper


1/2 tsp. red pepper


1/2 tsp. oregano


1/2 tsp. cumin seed


1/2 tsp. pomegranate seed


1/2 tsp. coriander, ground


1/2 tsp. ginger





Wash meat in hot water; drain well. Chop onions fine. Set aside one cooked egg and one white onion. Mix meat with grated tomato and other ingredients and form into 10 balls. Flatten to 4 inch patties.


Put cut onions and a piece of egg on 5 patties, cover with remaining meat patties and cook in non-stick frying pan for 3 minutes each side. Drain on paper towel and serve hot with a cucumber yogurt sauce.
