Good hamburger recipe?

Does anyone have a REALLY good hamburger recipe? I'm talking burgers for the grill where the guests wont stop talking about how good they are.Good hamburger recipe?
I have discovered lately that sea salt makes beef taste so good, especially on the grill, I have been using that and pepper and garlic and they taste great!Good hamburger recipe?
My family makes a mixture of equal parts Worcestershire sauce %26amp; butter or margarine along with some garlic powder. Baste frequently while grilling. Taste reminds of you steak. My husband also likes to mix dry onion soup mix in with the meat before shaping into patties %26amp; grilling. We've always received compliments from guests on both.
Grilled ALLSPICE Hamburger

2 lbs. lean ground beef

2 tsp. finely chopped garlic

1/2 tsp. ground allspice

1/4 tsp. ground cloves

1/4 tsp. crumbled dried thyme

1 1/2 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

1/2 c. beef stock, fresh or canned

Vegetable oil

Combine all ingredients except oil in a deep bowl. Knead vigorously with both hands until ingredients are well blended. Then pour in the stock and beat with a wooden spoon until the mixture is smooth and fluffy. Taste for seasoning. Divide the mixture into 18 equal portions and roll each one into a cylinder about 3 1/2 inches long and 1 inch thick, moistening your hands with cold water as you proceed.

Grill or broil on the highest setting about 3 inches from the heat for about 8 minutes, turning them with a spatula or tongs every few minutes until they are crisp and brown on all sides.
I like to put worsterchire sauce on them as soon as i start cooking.Do this to both sides at least twice. Then smother them in your favorite bbq sauce at least twice on both sides.Use Ground chuck,it's leaner than hamburger and won't cause a grill fire which dries the burgers out.
Start with quality mix of sirloin and ground round. I like to use a dash of Worchestershire sauce, kosher salt, pepper, a dash of A-1 or bbq sauce . grated sweet onion and here is the kicker%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;some red wine....it gives it such a deep, rich flavor%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;I get raves everytime I grill burgers.
Grilled Cheese Burgers

Make your hamburgers, if you like...fry up some onions and mushrooms too

Now....... make some grilled cheese sandwiches, and put the burgers and fried toppings inside!

This is so easy.......and one of my most requested meals at the place that I cook for disabled people.
First, you have to start with meat that is NOT lean, like 85%. (I know, it goes against our instincts, but that's what makes a really juicy hamburger). Next, you need to get a hamburger spice (found in the spice isle). Mix the spice in with the hamburger before you make patties, for a well-distributed flavor. Make nice, round, thick patties. When you grill them, DON'T smash them down with your spatula. You want the juice to stay inside.

Next, you need to find the best condiments you can. Offer several kinds of mustard (I love the spicy german kind), SWEET sliced onions, pickles that fit the hamburger bun, the best tomatoes you can find, ketchup, of course.

As for the bun. DON'T buy the pre-packaged kind, unless you have to. Go to the deli and see if they offer home made buns. Those would be much better. Also...get several kinds of cheese, again from the deli, to offer guests.

I would also make a killer salad or two. This always helps make a meal. Here is one salad everyone raves about, and it's really easy:

Caesar Coleslaw

1 pkg pre-made coleslaw

1/4-1/2 cup shredded parmesean cheese

1/2 pkg caesar croutons

1 bottle creamy caesar dressing

Toss first three ingredients together. Add enough dressing to coat. It's even good the next day!

and another that's quite good:

Broccoli Cheese Salad

4 cups broccoli, cut into small pieces

1 red onion, chopped

1 cup cubed cheddar cheese

6 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled

Combine above ingredients. Combine 1 cup mayonnaise, 录 cup sugar, and 2 Tbsp vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over salad.

Potatoe salad is always a hit. I haven't been able to make one that is better than the deli makes. It's called Reeser's potatoe salad. BBQ beans are always wonderful as a side, too.

Sorry, I went on and on. I love to cook, and I love burgers!

Have fun!
I use lean ground beef. To this I add eggs, bread crumbs and onions chopped fine and fried to a golden brown before adding them to the ground beef and you would be surprised how much of a difference this makes to the taste but the real secret to the flavour is an ingredient called Vegeta. I put in about 2 tsp to a pound of beef.l This adds flavour like you wouldnt believe. I use it in my sweet and sour meatballs, in stew and it is great. You can find it in the spice section or the international food section of your grocery store. Mix and enjoy
Baste them with dales seasoning ..once before you grill them then half way though
1 1/3 pounds ground sirloin

1 tablespoon Worcestershire

A handful chopped flat leaf parsley

1 shallot or boiling onion, minced

1/2 pound crumbled blue cheese

Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling

Steak seasoning, or, coarse salt and black pepper

4 crusty rolls, split

Toppings:

Romaine lettuce leaves

Vine ripe tomato slices

Blue cheese dressing (homemade or store bought)

Combine first 4 ingredients and divide meat into 4 equal amounts. When forming each patty, nestle a pile of blue cheese crumbles into the center of the meat, and gently form patty around cheese.

Brush or drizzle burgers with extra-virgin olive oil and grill on indoor electric grill preheated to high for 7 to 8 minutes on each side. On an outdoor grill, cook 6 minutes on each side 6 inches from hot coals or over medium high gas flame with the grill lid closed. For preparation with no additional oil, broil 4 inches from broiler 7 minutes on each side.

Serve burgers on split rolls with lettuce, tomato, and blue cheese dressing.

Hope this helps!
Baste them as they are cooking with teriyaki sauce. Grill sliced pineapple along with the burgers and baste them as well. Serve together on a bun.
I serve buffalo burgers which everyone raves about. More flavorful meat yet healthier for you. We sprinkle on garlic and sea salt, and it's delicious. Rachel Ray's website has a lot of fab recipes on burgers too.
I like to add a spoon of mixed herbs.
