What is the best hamburger recipe?

Best recipe gets 10 points. (hint) I like spicy stuff. What is the best hamburger recipe?
Combine 1 lb. ground beef with 2 raw eggs. Add jalapeno or other peppers to taste (dice fine or they'll make the burgers fall apart), 1/2 cup of bread crumbs, green onions (also diced fine), shredded pepperjack cheese, Tabasco or hot sauce (to taste), salt and pepper.

Press together well so they don't fall apart and cook over a hot grill - flip only once. Cook 6 minutes on the first side and 3 on the other (if the first is hot and you're looking for medium done burger). Serve on a toasted bun. If you like it, serve on toasted rye buns.

Top with a slice of pepper jack cheese, salsa and sliced peppers. I like 'em with onion rings or stuffed peppers on the side. What is the best hamburger recipe?
add Montreal Steak seasoning!!!
Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

1 small onion, chopped

1 egg

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 pound ground beef

6 slices bacon

6 hamburger buns, split

DIRECTIONS

Preheat a grill for high heat.

In a large bowl, mix together the Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Crumble in the ground beef, and mix together by hand. Form into 6 patties, and wrap a slice of bacon around each one. Secure bacon with toothpicks.

Place patties on the grill, and cook for 5 minutes per side, or until well done. Remove toothpicks before serving on hamburger buns.
My fiancee made his family burger recipe for me and it was by far the best, juciest burger I've ever had.

He used a pound of hamburger meat, one egg beaten, about a 1/4 to 1/3 cup of cracker crumbs (the buttery cracker taste wonderful...I used Keebler Clubs) and for spice, you can add tabasco, cayenne pepper or melt jalepeno jack and top with pickled jalepeno slices. We texans definately love spicy. Good Eating!

The one you pick of course.
a pound of ground beef, 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, a few drops of Tabasco sauce, some black pepper, some red pepper flakes and one small chopped hanerbaro chili, 1/4 onion minced. combine all ingredients with your hands and try not to handle it too much, and divide into 4 for 1/4 burgers or 2 for 1/2 pounders or however you wish, make into patties.....grill or pan fry......enjoy.
Spicy you got it.

Mix 1/4 cup sauce with 1 pound ground meat. Broil patties. Serve remaining sauce over patties.

SPICY:

1/4 c. ketchup

1/4 c. chili sauce

1 tbsp. steak sauce

1 tbsp. brown sugar

2 tbsp. chopped dill pickles

2 tsp. lemon juice

1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Mix and grill or broil

I would also sprinkle with a little red pepper for extra heat.
add 1/4 cup olive oil, three serrano chiles, Green onion, cilantro, garlic, salt, pepper, dash of cayenne for an extra kick

Jack cheese, Maille Horseradish mustard, and onion buns

big hit
...you really need to get the Bubba Burgers, pre made patties,

then get the hamburger seasoning from the spice aisle at the local food store, a little bit of Dales Sauce, and let them cook.

they don't srink, or burn,... If you tried it you would love it......

Good Luck
