An easy recipe is to add Lipton onion soup mix and worschester sauce, 1 egg per pound of meat and mix well. Make the patties 5-6 inches in diameter and about 1/2 inch thick
1 1/2 lbs Ground beef , 1 egg, 1 pack of onion soup, and some breadcrumbs and mix and make into patties and cook!!!
i use a little onion powde and some worcheshire sauce in the burger add an egg to a pound also or make the burgers with chunks of cheese inside like cheddar or colby jack
This is a pretty simple recipe, but it tastes 10x better than regular burgers:

Take a pound of hamburger and add 1 tablespoon pepper, 1/2 tablespoon salt and a bunch of worchestshire sauce (no need to measure - you cant go wrong)

Make sure you mix it all together well and then form the patties.
how about mini burgers. Bite size.
meat buns cheese ketchup.
ground sirlion, salt pepper, chopped bacon, onion powder, garlic powder, mix well. After cooking you can top with Jalapeno cheese, or what ever kind you like and serve on an onion roll or any roll of your choice.
well put a little bit of sugar in your favorite bbq sauce then rub it on the burger it is sooooo goood!!
Ok, here you go. I make these a lot. Very tasty. Recipe is for 4 servings, so adjust according to the number of people you have.

1 lb ground beef

Kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tbs worcestershire sauce

1 tbs liquid smoke

Mix all ingredients well. Cook eat and enjoy. The ingredient that makes this a killer is the liquid smoke. And toast the buns on the grill too.

Good luck and good eating.
Can I try to recall the recipe My dad Made once....

1 Box thing of Ground beef.

1 Bag of Any Chesse of you choice.

A few Strips of Bacon.

--------------------------------------鈥?br>

Form the Pattys and include the chesse in the pattys.

You Can put the Bacon choped in the patty or wrap it on the patty before you grill it.
While mixing the ground beef for your patties, mix in Garlic and Parsely, Pepper, Salt, Cajun, and Adobo. All of that will get you the best tasting patties you ever had. Also, mix in diced vegetables if you're in the mood for a veggie burger.

If you bought the ground beef already formed into patties, just put in about a pinch of all I said above and rub it in on both sides.

For toppings, I personally prefer one to two lettuce leaves, 1 full slice of a tomato, a few raw onion rings, yellow american cheese (montgomery jack cheese and provolone also make good toppings), a little mayonnaise and ketchup, and a whole-wheat roll.
I put mustard in with the meat then slap it on the grill. You can try putting bacon pieces %26amp; chesse in the middle of 2 small patties. Check you www.allrecipies.com very cool site for all sorts of recipies!
well thats the only way to a good burger
I put Worcestershire sauce,,just a dab will do ya,,some A-1 sauce, Meat tenderizer and some cracked pepper. I make 1/2 patties and flatten them pretty good because they plump back up. There some new A-1 marinades out there,,,try the cajun one,,,its yummy! Oh another good thing for burgers is the Emerils original essence...it makes everything better!
Look at that... the folks at MSN had burger recipes on their site just today...
