What's a good hamburger recipe?

My wife and I are cooking burgers tonight and I want something more than just ground beef on a bun. Does anybody have any tastey recipes? What's a good hamburger recipe?
I like to make mine with finely chopped onions(1/2 sm.onion), a dash of worcheshire sauce, about 1/4 cup merlot per pound of ground beef, some rosemary and fresh crack pepper. I like to top these with provolone cheese and fresh tomotoes. It's realy good if it's served on a toasted rosemary cabata breadWhat's a good hamburger recipe?
Stuff anything in it! That's what we do! Whatever cheese or onion you have on hand, goes great in the middle of the patty. Sometimes we even use feta and then top it with green peppers, lettuce and cucumbers for more of a Mediterranean taste. My husband's favorite is cheddar slices and bacon in the middle of his burger. I have also made a pecan crusted burger from Paula Deen that was to die for. Here is that recipe:

Also play with dressing on top of a higher quality meat, say angus or sirloin. We whip up an avocado dressing that's good for it.

I don't do bleu cheese, ubt Paula also has a black and bleu burger:

honestly you have to try this

mix in a package of onion soup mix. add your crushed crackers and egg, salt and pepper, garlic powder and a few dashes of worcestershire sauce and a hot sauce

absolutlely delicious!!

happy eating..what time is supper :)
You can chop up the meat in a frying pan, with onions, garlic, and serve it on a hotdog bun if you have some, put the meat on a salad, make a taco/burrito.

You can find ground turkey to make the burgers if you are tired of meat all the time. There are other ground meat you can use such as pork, veal, to mix up or spice up your meat.
I like mixing finely chopped onions, a touch of seasoned salt and some fresh cracked pepper to the ground beef before making the patties.
I look under www.recipeland.com,www.massrecipes.com,w鈥?is some of the sites I go to.
what about salsberry (spelling) steak

You take the hamburger patties and cook them in a skillet or frying pan. Before you cook season with garlic salt or seasoning salt. Once cook set aside. Make brown gravy. Poor gravy over meat and let simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat. Once done serve with mashed potatoes and salad. My sons love this meal. One of them is not a big meat fan but loves this
