1 big can of Spaghetti-Os
1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup (tastes best with the real stuff, not
the non fat)

Brown the meat in a saucepan and drain grease (like your making tacos).
Add the Spaghetti-Os, corn, and soup and mix. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Be careful not to let it get to a medium boil, as that will burn it - keep the heat low, just so it barely boils. All Done.

there is no limit to it
buy good fresh beef, lean, from happy healthy cows, use half as much if you are poor
you save it later by not needing operations
anyway, meatloaf is good
small meatballs in a stir fry works
mix with cumin, black pepper, garlic, black beans, onions
brown it (onions and beef) first, makes great tacos
an easy cheap good one is this:
some oil in the pan, cut up a spud, celery, onion, carrot, one of each or whatever you have
then add some tomato paste, just a tbsp. black pepper, cayenne, turmeric
cover it and cook for like 30 minutes more
serve with rice, like $1 per serving and its good
Get one of those taco kits and lettuce - these are pretty good, or do sloppy joes.
