Easy hamburger recipe?

Does anyone know of an easy recipe with limited supplies?


I don't have cream of mushroom soup, if anyone is thinking of that.

Taco Stew





1 lb. ground sirloin


1 large russet potato, peeled and cut into 1/2 in. cubes


1 med. onion roughly chopped


vegetable or olive oil


1 package taco seasonings


1 (14.5 oz.) can mixed vegetables


1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomato


4 cups of water or beef broth





In dutch oven or large soup pan, add oil about 1 or 2 tbs., ground beef and onions and cook until hamburger is no longer pink and onions are soft. Add potatoes,vegetables,tomatoes,taco seasonings and water or broth. Simmer for 30 mins. or until potatoes are done. Serve with corn bread. EnjoyEasy hamburger recipe?

Cajun Hamburgers





2 pounds ground beef


1 green pepper, cored, seeded and minced


1/2 cup chopped scallions


3 cloves garlic, minced


2 teaspoons ground cumin


2 teaspoons dried oregano


1 teaspoon dried thyme


1 teaspoon paprika


red pepper flakes to taste


salt to taste


6 hamburger buns, toasted





Combine the beef, green pepper, scallions and garlic in mixing bowl. Add the cumin, oregano, thyme, paprika and red pepper flakes and salt to taste and mix until blended. Shape the meat into 6 patties. Broil, fry on or grill the meat to desired doneness. Place hamburgers on toasted buns and top with sliced tomatoes and sour cream or your favorite topping.

Here's mine.Grounded beef+black pepper+soy sauce+minced onion+dash of cumin,coriander.mix altogether then add a dash of corn flour and form a pattie one at a time.
Homemade sloppy joes, you'll never eat manwich again!!!





1-2 lb ground beef


1 small to medium onion, chopped


1c ketchup


1c water


3-4 dashes worcestershire


few tbsp flour for thickening





Brown ground beef and onion, drain. add ketchup, water and worcestershire. heat to boiling. turn down heat and add flour until desired consistency.





I usually serve this on open faced buns with cole slaw. its awesome!
