Any good hamburger recipes?

I am having hamburgers for dinner tonight on a gas grill. I already bored of plain old hamburger I want something different. I usually use Lawry's seasoning salt. Any suggestions?Any good hamburger recipes?
Make inside out cheese burgers. Make 2 thin hamburger patties and place a slice of cheese on one of the patties and place the other patty on top and press edges shut. Season and cook as usual. =)Any good hamburger recipes?
mix dry french onion dip with the hamburger
try putting your burger on two ego waffles trust me it sounds wierd but if you try it no ones gonna know except you and then you'll get to see how good it is but be warned if you toast them too much they will shred the roof of your mouth and nobody likes that...happy eating
Cook these on the grill just like you would regular hamburgers:

MEXICAN HAMBURGERS (CHULETAS)

Salsa Fria:

1 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chiles

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon wine vinegar

Chuletas:

2 cups Saltines, finely crushed

3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 cup Vidalia onions, chopped

1/2 tsp garlic powder (not salt)

1 lb ground chuck (beef)

1 egg

1 tsp salt

1 tsp chili powder

1 cup oil (for frying)

Garnish:

Rings of red onion, slices of avocado, sour cream and sprigs of cilantro

Combine all Salsa Fria ingredients. Refrigerate for at least one hour.

On a sheet of wax paper, evenly spread cracker crumbs. Combine parsley, onions, ground meat, garlic powder, egg, chili powder and salt in a small bowl. Form 4 patties and coat each pattie with the cracker crumbs evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (but no more than 3 hours) to thoroughly chill.

TDNBUGS BBQ HAMBURGERS

3 lbs. of 85/15 ground beef

1 large onion

2 large lemons

1 large green bell pepper

1 clove garlic

1 bottle of bbq sauce ';your choice';

Slice onion, lemons, bell pepper and garlic and put them into a crockpot. Add BBQ sauce and enough water to cover the burgers, then set the heat on low. Make beef patties to preferred size, cook them on a charcoal grill until well done. They have to be well done or they will fall apart in the crock.

After the burgers are done on the grill, put them in the crockpot and slow cook them for one hour.
Four people - four pieces of aluminum foil - 15 inches each.

On each, all in a circle :

place one serving of hamburger, a pile of sliced potatoes, a pile of sliced onion, a pile of sliced carrots.

Then salt and pepper everything, and close up like an envelope.

Place envelopes on grill and cook for about 45 minutes.

Great for clean up, too.

Notes:

I am asked to make this recipe any time we have a pot luck party to attend. Not hard to make, but a huge hit.
