Anyone have any good recipes for hamburger?

My hubby and I eat a lot of hamburger as it's cheap, and we're on an extremely tight budget. I'm just tired of tacos, chili, spaghetti/lasagna, cheeseburgers, etc. My husband won't eat sloppy joe's, and I'm out of ideas. Please Help!Anyone have any good recipes for hamburger?
www.allrecipes.com will have LOADS of good ideas!

My favorite is stroganoff

1 onion chopped

2 cans mushrooms

1 lb ground beef

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

Fry all together, then add soup and heat. Add the sour cream very last. stir together and heat up. Serve over egg noodles or rice.

Look up the gyro burgers on that site...FABULOUS! I omit the ground lamb sometimes and it still tastes great.

Try meatloaf, meatballs in a variety of sauces (like pineapple sweet and sour, swedish, grape chili, etc....) Use your small cookie scoop to form the meatballs quickly, then bake on a baking sheet in the oven.

Some curry or chilli powder could be used.

Vegetables and ground chicken are cheaper than ground beef.

What about a meatloaf and meatballs. You can also make a meatball soup.

If you want to try ethnic foods, that will also work with ground beef. Lots of Latin dishes have ground beef. Try beef empanadas, you can get the shells already made at your grocery store (Goya Frozen empanada discs). You can also try Middle Eastern Dolmades which are stuffed grape vine leaves. They are stuffed with a mix of ground beef and rice.

You can also stuff lots of vegetables with ground beef and bake them such as Tomatoes, Zucchini, Peppers and even Jalapenos.

Scotch Eggs are boiled eggs wrapped in ground beet and then breaded, and deep friend. They are v. good.
