chop up the neighbors cat, add one cup cat to one pound hamburger, they aren't pets they are walking dinner ingredients. the left overs will be welcomed by your unsuspecting neighbor.
Just a little salt %26amp; pepper. I use Montreal steak seasoning... A burger that doesn't taste like a burger is bad.
EVERYONE LOVES THESE:

Ground turkey (or beef)

Salsa (or chopped tomatoes and onions)

Olive oil

Couple dashes of tabasco

It will be hard to guess how much to use. But for a pound of low fat beef, I'd use about 4 Tbs of oil, and about 1/2 cup of salsa. If the beef is fatty, skip the oil. For ground lowfat turkey, I use the oil so they don't come out dry.

Form them into patties. They will be a little loose, but they will cook up firm and JUICY. I cook them in a big non-stick pan with a lid, no oil added. Keeps the moisture in them.

Some people love these so much they skip the bun and eat them with a fork... :)

Good Luck!
Try 1/4 cup of Worchester Sauce, few squirts of Yellow Mustard, few pinches of Salt or Garlic Powder (optional). Mix the ground beef so that the mixture is evenly covered. Start making your patties for your hamburgers.

As for serving them, make sure you have a presentable platter of sliced lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sliced pickles and cheese. Make sure you have Ketchup and Mustard out as well as napkins and rather you'll be serving your guests with paper plates or glass plates. Make it fun and creative - perhaps a ';Pot Luck'; where your guests serves themselves. Also, have chips, potato salad or any other kind and a platter of fresh fruits (i.e. melons, water melons, strawberries .. etc) .. Good Luck and Have Fun!!
No more dry, lackluster burgers. These are juicy, and spices can be easily added or changed to suit anyone's taste. Baste frequently with your favorite barbeque sauce. If you find the meat mixture too mushy, just add more bread crumbs until it forms patties that hold their shape.';

Well you could run to the store or do what the few people in my family who still eat meat do and add one packed powdered ranch dressing mix per pound of hamburger.

or go to the store and pick up some boca burgers BEST VEGGIE BURGERS EVER!!!
Use 1/2 ground chuck and 1/2 sirloin then just a little bit of salt.
I like this recipe. This is based on 1 lb ground beef making 4 patties. Increase or decrease amounts depending on the number of servings needed.

1 lb ground beef

Kosher salt and ground black pepper to your taste

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tbs worcestershire sauce

1 tbs liquid smoke

In a bowl, mix all ingredients well. Shape into 4 patties. Cook, eat and enjoy.

The liquid smoke will give them that great barbecue flavor even though you are cooking on the stove top.

Good luck and good eating.
Jim's Famous Hamburger Recipe

The recipe:

1 lb hamburger meat

2 heaping tablespoons of chopped fresh rosemary leaves (not the stem)

2 Tbsp A1 sauce

Salt and pepper to taste (perhaps half a teaspoon of each).

Buns

Lettuce

Tomatoes, sliced

Onions, sliced

Avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced

Mayonaise, ketchup, mustard

Mix the rosemary and A1 sauce into the hamburger meat, distributing evenly. Add salt and fresh ground pepper. Form out the hamburger patties. If the meat is low-fat, you may want to add some grapeseed oil or olive oil to the mixture, or after the patties are made (but before cooked), rub some oil over them. Place on a hot grill or grill pan. If you are indoors with a grill pan, be sure to use your stove fan. If on grill pan, lower the heat to medium high. Grill on one side until you can see the juice begin to run at the surface. Flip over and grill on the other side, again until you can see some juice coming through. If you wish, grill the buns on remaining grill surface. Onions can be either served fresh with the hamburger or saut茅ed a little in olive oil.

Serve burgers with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, avocado, mayo, ketchup, and or mustard. (For the low-carb version skip the bun.)

Serves 3 to 4.

Safety tip: Try to get your hamburger meat from a butcher who grinds their own. That way you know where the meat came from. Bacteria love raw hamburger, so once you have some in your fridge, eat it up quickly - no more than a day or two at the most after you've bought it or defrosted it.
make a zesty brown gravy and pour on top of burgers, cook some pasta al-dente and serve burgers with gravy on them.
I always use wirsteshier sauce(i dont know how to spell it..lol) and steak seasoning,pepper..just sprinkle the patty with each.Taste real good .my fmaily likes it when i make it like that..if u wanna get creative.Wrap a slice of bacon around the edges of the patty also.Dont forget cheese..You can also. stuff cheese in to the patty then cook it.
