What is a good hamburger recipe?

I'm grilling this weekend for a few friends and need a good recipe. Also, what are some side dishes I should make? What is a good hamburger recipe?
I use ground beef and season it with salt, pepper, grated onion, garlic powder, and a little worchestire sauce. Then, I form into patties and bury some chunks of cheese inside. Grill like normal and serve in crusty rolls with bacon, lettuce, tomato and red onion!

Here's one of my favorite salads for the summer:

Ingredients:

Romaine lettuce hearts

Fresh strawberries

Bermuda onion

Directions:

Slice strawberries and onions thinly. Place on top of romaine hearts. Top with Poppyseed dressing.

We had Burgers last night- we used some Steak Seasoning on them, and they were delightful. It's Mrs. Dash steak seasoning, I think. :)

Side dishes? Hmm. Hot dogs! LOL.

BEST HAMBURGER STEAK EVER

Steak:

1 1/2 lbs. ground hamburger

1/4 cup flour

1/4 tsp garlic powder

salt and pepper

1 med onion sliced

Gravy:

1/4 cup flour

2 beef bullion cubes

kitchen bouquet brownong sauce 1/4 tsp

water

salt

pepper

Mix hamburger, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and flour together. Form into patties. Brown on both sides. Remove from skillet.

Saute onion in the same pan, adding a small amount of oil if needed.

After sauteing the onion, remove from skillet and add flour for gravy. Stirring constantly, brown the flour. Stir water into the browned flour to make the gravy.

Add boullion cubes, salt and pepper. Thin with water for desired thickness.

Add Kitchen Bouquet if gravy isn't brown enough.

When gravy is made, put steaks and onion in gravy. Simmer for about 30 to 45 minutes, checking often and adding water to keep gravy from becoming too thick.

Serve with french fries, rice, mashed potatoes or your favorite side dish!
Just get some ground beef, and season it well with different spices that work well with each other, and make sure you've got good toppings. As for side dishes, you could make potato skins or have salads, or something like that. And for dessert, get a Marie Callander's Dutch Apple Pie. Have an All American Dinner!
1/2 kilo minced meat

one onion chopped finely

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tbs mustard

a few drops of worchestershire sauce

a mix of blue cheese, parmesan cheese, and cheddar cheese

Rosemary, and oregano

salt to taste

Directions

mix all ingredients together and leave overnight... two hours would be fine, but if you leave it overnight you'll get a richer taste...

You can also make it with deep fried mozarella... try it it's magnificant...will be a fine substitute for sliced cheese

Mozarella fillet

cut the mozarella in fillet sized peices

mix dried bread with cinnamon, nutmeg, oregano, basil salt and pepper

4 beat eggs

Direction

dip the mozarella in the eggs, then in bread mixture, then again in egg mixture, then in bread again. Place in freezer for 2 to 3 hours. Deep fry before serving.

the cheese could also be cut into sticks, and that would be a great appetizer with BBQ Sauce!
well i use mince lean onion finely diced, dried mixed herbs to make my hamburhers, and i was told they are great,as a side dish i recommend cold pasta salads they always go down well with guests
Hi! A good hamburger recipe would be buying your ground sirloin, or ground beef, mixing it with a dash of salt and pepper, and then adding ketchup with the meat! Also, if you add barbeque sauce to the top, it tastes even richer! Some good side dishes would be french fries.
