Does anyone have any unusual recipes for hamburger?

We are tired of the usual burgers, tacos, spaghetti, shephard's pie, etc. Looking for something novel.Does anyone have any unusual recipes for hamburger?
I dont know about unusual

seasonings whatever in the cupboard at the time

worcester sauce or hot sauce

bind it all together with your hands make sure you work all the flavours in.

Island-Style Loco Moco





Serves One





One grilled hamburger patty





Two scoops steamed rice





One scoop homemade macaroni salad


(mix some potato cubes to your usual mac salad recipe,


substituting low-fat mayo, if desired)

One fried egg


(save calories and fat by poaching egg)





½ cup prepared brown gravy


(fat-free gravy tastes rich and delicious!)





In a shallow soup bowl or deep dinner plate * (see note below), arrange two scoops of hot steamed rice. Over the steamed rice, place a hot grilled hamburger patty.


Center fried or poached egg on hamburger and ladle as much VERY hot brown gravy over portion as your taste dictates. Spoon macaroni salad to one side.


Break up egg and hamburger, mixing into rice while eating.





Serve with plenty of paper napkins.





*For an authentic presentation, serve in Styrofoam carry-out container,


available in grocery stores (paper products) and salad bars.
Beef Stroganoff Casserole


1lb. hamburger (or ground turkey works as well)


1 pkg. egg noodles or other noodle


1 can sliced mushrooms, drained


1/2 onion, minced


1/2 tsp. minced garlic (about 1 clove)


1 cube beef boullion


1/3 cup water


1 can cream of mushroom soup


1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce


1 cup sour cream


1 cup shredded swiss cheese





In boiling water, cook noodles according to directions. Brown hamburger, drain fat, add the boullion and water, adding onion and garlic to soften. Add soup to meat mixture, mix well as it warms and thins. Add mushrooms, cooked noodles, worcestershire sauce and sour cream. Mix well and pour into casserole dish. Top with swiss cheese and bake 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.








Stuffed Peppers


2 lbs. Hamburger


1 onion, chopped


1 1/2 cups rice


2 eggs


4-6 medium sized bell peppers


1 large can tomato juice





Combine hamburger, onion, rice and eggs in a large bowl. Remove tops and insides from the peppers. Stuff peppers with hamburger mixture. Place in baking dish and pour tomato juice over them. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours.








Bubble Pizza


2 tubes biscuits


1 lb hamburger, browned


2 cup shredded cheese, can use 1c moz and 1c cheddar


1 jar pizza sauce


Preferred pizza toppings





cut biscuits into quarters and place in a 9x13 baking pan, stir in all other ingredients and bake according to biscuit tube directions








Cheeseburger Macaroni


1lb. Hamburger


1 box macaroni and cheese


¼ cup milk


2 tbsp. Butter


1½ cups shredded cheese (your choice)


(Optional) Mushrooms, onion, green peppers, chopped





Prepare macaroni and cheese according to box directions. Brown hamburger in a separate skillet, drain grease. Combine macaroni mixture and hamburger, add milk and butter, macaroni cheese packet and shredded cheese. Mix well to combine.








Mom's American Goulash


1 lb. Hamburger


2 small cans tomato sauce


1 can diced tomatoes with juice


1 lb. Large elbow macaroni


2 tbsp. Butter


Salt and Pepper to taste





Brown hamburger until no longer pink, drain any grease. Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Combine hamburger and macaroni in a large bowl or pot, add sauce, tomatoes with juice and butter. Allow to sit 15 minutes on warm so that macaroni absorbs some of the sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.

1 big tomato (its a fruit) cut up into little pieces


1 tsp black pepper

butter to put in the pan


a snacks


mayonnaise


4 hamburger buns











here's what you will do


brake the eggs into the cup and stir it really good add the pepper and salt mix it really good again





put the pan on hi and put the butter in there when the butter melts pour eggs in there than add the cheese and the tomato's than scramble it really well Intel its cooked





than turn the burner off. take the buns and spread mayo on there than put that in the snacks and the eggs stuff in the middle let it cook in there till its light brown like 4min long and ta DA you got your self a delusions sand which

Mix together all ingredients, except bread. Cut the


crusts off very fresh bread slices. Butter 1 side


only; with buttered side down, line muffin tins with


bread slices, making sure you don't break the bread at


the bottom. Fill each muffin cup with a good


tablespoon of hamburger filling. Bake at 350F for 30


mins.
Hamburger %26amp; Noodle Skillet Dinner








Ingredients


1 lb. ground beef


1 Tbsp. Garlic Garlic™


1 Tbsp. Onion Onion™


1 tsp. Seasoned Salt


1 tsp. black pepper


10.75 oz. can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup


1/2 cup sour cream


3/4 cup milk


1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


4 cups cooked wide egg noodles





Directions


Brown beef in large skillet; drain. Add remaining ingredients; heat through.Makes 6-8 servings.
Ten Minute Dinner





1 Pound ground beef


1 large onion, chopped


* 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted*


*1 can ( 10 3/4 ounces) cream of chicken soup, undiluted*


1 can (15 ounces) mixed vegetables, drained


1 can (5 ounces) chow mein noodles





Brown beef and onion; add both soups, mixed vegetables and 3/4 can of chow mein noodles. Pour into casserole dish. Top with remaining chow mein noodles. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 10 minutes or until hot.





NOTE: *Golden Mushroom with Sliced Mushrooms Soup can be substituted for the Cream of Mushroom soup OR Chicken Rice soup can be substituted for the Cream of Chicken soup.*

and of course, an aussie burger is not a burger without a fried egg on it!!!





OH..and dont forget the tomato sauce!!!
Yes. The green bean and mashed potato, topped with 'Frenches' onion rings; recipe. You precook the ground beef and put it on the bottom and layer the other stuff on top! A mighty good casserole!

I like to coat them in blackened seasoning and melt swiss cheese on them then crumble blue cheese on top. Its really taste and has a kick to it.
