I worked at this one restaurant that had stuffed burgers:let your imagination run wild


Philly burger: stuffed with peppers and onions topped with provolone


Mexican burger:stuffed with jalapenos topped with jack cheese


Stuffed with mushrooms topped with swiss or cheddar


Stuffed with pepperoni topped marinara %26amp; mozzarella

l lb ground beef


a packet of onion soup mix


1 egg


slice of bread - torn into small pieces





combine all ingredients and shape into patties and fry or grill.
I get the ';allrecipies.com'; channel on my Palm, and see quite a few Burger recipies. I've tried a few, and it'll depend on your personal tastes.
~ Add some soy sauce to the meat before cooking (my ex used to do that)





~ Mix bacon crumbles and shredded cheese together and put on top of one thin burger and top with another thin burger. Pinch the edges together to seal it in. Cook normally. That is an inside out cheeseburger. (These are awesome!)
